Ballarat Roadworthy Centre provides automotive inspection, servicing and repair services at our Delacombe facility. All services are subject to availability and our technicians’ professional assessment.
Any quotation provided is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary once a vehicle is inspected. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with work that exceeds the original quotation.
A Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) confirms that your vehicle met the required safety standards at the time of inspection. It does not guarantee the future condition of your vehicle. Our liability is limited to the inspection carried out at the time of issue.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
